Notice of Arrangement on Severe Weather Trading (19/08/2024)
To correspond the announcement made by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) for the implementation of Severe Weather Trading (SWT)[1] of Hong Kong Securities and Derivatives Markets starting from 23 September 2024, Chong Hing Securities Limited (CHSL) will provide the following services under severe weather condition.

Besides, starting from 23 September 2024, the settlement procedure for all securities transaction via HKEX will no more be deferred for severe weather condition. Please pay particular attention to the influence caused by severe weather condition on cash settlement for the purchase of securities.
Moreover, to facilitate customers to identify the phone calls coming from CHSL, under severe weather condition, only the following 6 phone numbers: 37689888, 37689688, 37689988, 62577551, 63074115 and 66237941 will be adopted for our dialing to customers.

[1] Severe Weather Trading (SWT) means trading and settlement of securities on or through HKEX will remain available during severe weather condition which refers to the scenario where a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, or an "extreme conditions" announcement is made by the HKSAR Government.

Matter of Mobile Application for Mainland Customers (3/4/2024)
To comply with the new regulations launched by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in PRC, new versions of our "CHS" & "CHS 2FA" mobile applications will not be issued through app stores of the region of Mainland China from April 2024. Customers who have downloaded such applications can still use them until new update is issued. Android version of our applications can still be downloaded via "CHS APP Download Paths" in our website. Merging of Securities Centres (21/3/2024)
In effect from 1 June 2024, the Shun Lee Estate Securities Centre of Chong Hing Securities Limited (CHS) will be merged with CHS Kwun Tong (How Ming Street) Securities Centre and the Shun Lee Estate Securities Centre will be closed. For securities dealing services, customers may call our dealing hotline 3768-9111, or give trading instructions via our iWeb services (www.chsec.com.hk) or CHS APP. Customers who want to conduct any securities services, please proceed to the Kwun Tong (How Ming Street) Securities Centre or other CHS securities centres. Important Reminder - Mobile Setting for Customer Corporation Action Notification (29/02/2024)
From 1 February 2024 onward, Chong Hing Securities has already terminated to mail physical letter regarding corporate actions if customers have already activated online services. All the relevant corporate actions (e.g. dividend option, rights subscription and cash offer etc.) will be notified via email as well as via push message in "CHS APP" simultaneously. Customers can phone call or login the online platforms (i-Web & CHS APP) to read details and reply.
Due to terminated mailing physical letter regarding corporate actions for the online services customers and being for well-received such corporate action notifications by the customers, please make sure to switch on the notification function and allow notification of "CHS APP" in the mobile phone. Then customers can check whether to click the option of "Corp Action" in the settings after logged in account for avoid missing and replying the corporate action before deadline.
